and I'm the face behind the biz.

I'm a small business owner who craves organic relationships that make me laugh till my sides hurt and new experiences that make my heart feel light.

My quirks and traits runs the gamut of keeping things on track with some annoying attention to detail, a repertoire of random movie quotes, a killer taste in music, and typically making more weird faces with double chins than anything. What can I say? I like to keep it spicy.

Doing this kind of work requires a kindred spirit-level of communication that I'm privileged to get to have with my clients...who often turn into good friends. Being honest and organic in front of a camera isn't easy with a total stranger, and talking about the heart behind your creative ideas can feel a little intimidating in the beginning. That's why I like to make sure we get to know each other a little first and you feel like I'm someone you can have a beer and a laugh with. Don't worry, this is all part of my process which we'll get into later, so be sure to check out the Experience page.

boh eme

socially unconventional in an artistic way, often in the company of like-minded people

I got my degree in design after almost a decade of hands on experience with photography and found the two go together like pb + j, mac + cheese, or potato chips + mustard...don't judge.

My style has been called boutique (which I love) and I like to give a more customized and personal touch to my work rather than an overly corporate look. This works great for personal brands, retail, restaurants, artists, and even customized wedding stationary.

I've got the know-how to guide and the drive to jump head first into your next project + adventure with you.

some bonus info

This stud is my favorite forever weirdo - Moises.

He's a fantastic illustrator, designer, martial artist, and all around super amazing human.

We did the unconventional thing when we got married, so believe me when I help give my brides advice or direction that I've practiced what I preach.

I've got you boo!

I sleep next to giants, nestled up to the foothills of the great Rocky Mountains. For that, I'm incredibly grateful. I'm always inspired by the vast and beautiful landscape at my fingertips.

Growing up in central Florida, I never had much opportunity to enjoy the outdoors until I moved to Denver in 2008...way too many bugs, humidity, and sharks. No thanks.

I'm always happy to escape from the city life and take refuge in the wilderness to the west.

This little nugget is Charlie. He's a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix and he's the sweetest, snuggliest little love that ever lived.

As you can tell, I'm obsessed with him and if you ever get the chance to meet him, you will be too.

I'm definitely on board if you want to bring your fur babies on your shoot. I've got a lot of experience photographing dogs and I'm guaranteed to make you laugh when you hear how I get them to look at the camera.

Ultimately, I love spending time with people who make me laugh, understand we're all human, and find value in cultivating genuine relationships with those around them.

That's what's real.

That's what we remember.

That's the stuff I want my work to radiate with.

Cheers to that!
